Registration & Payments

  • All retreat payments (full or partial) are final and non-transferable.

  • Partial payments do not guarantee admission—full balance must be paid 14 days before the event or your spot will be forfeited without refund.

  • Registrations are binding agreements to attend and pay in full.

2. Health & Liability

  • Attendees must disclose allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions in writing before the retreat.

  • Not liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, travel delays, or losses before, during, or after the retreat.

  • Travel/medical insurance is mandatory—attendees assume all risks.

3. Conduct & Removal

  • Disruptive behavior (as determined by organizers) results in immediate removal without refund.

  • Schedule, speakers, or activities may change without notice.

4. Media Release

  • Photos/videos taken during the retreat may be used for promotional purposes.

This retreat is a faith-based event organized for spiritual enrichment. While we pray for breakthroughs, God Embassy and Prophet Isaiah Brian Sovi make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Attendees participate voluntarily and assume all personal, financial, and health risks associated with travel and attendance. Testimonials shared are individual experiences and not typical results. All teachings are based on biblical principles but do not substitute professional medical, legal, or psychological advice."

Refund Policy


1. No Refunds

  • All payments (full or partial) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

    • Cancellations or no-shows.

    • Late arrivals/early departures.

    • Personal emergencies or travel issues.

2. No Transfers

  • Payments cannot be transferred to future events or other attendees.

3. Force Majeure

  • If the retreat is canceled due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters), registrants will receive credit for a future event (no cash refunds).
